For over a hundred years many families have lived in the court of Lombardy, including our family.

In 2012 the court was lying in state of neglect, only a few apartments were inhabited but neededmajor renovation. The old owner decided to sell the court.

Through sacrifice and the desire to bring the court to live, our family decided to invest in the history and tradition of Lombardy, transforming an old house in a residential complex.

Creation of the Court of the rooster. Today the housing complex includes 12 completely restored and furnished apartments and a swimming poolused by customers during the holiday season.

The court is located in a strategic position for workers and travelers, is in fact only 10 minutes from Milan Malpensa airport, 20 minutes from the important RHO Fair / Expo 2015, 30 minutes from Milan, 30 minutes from the lake and more 25 minutes from Lake Como.

From the courtyard you can also walk to the town center and the station of Gallarate(about 15 minutes), with trains leaving for Milan and Varese each 10 minutes.

The Court of the rooster is the perfect place to feel at home away from home.
